Make sure the cap is sealed tight, and place your blended/pureed food into the pouch from the bottom. Then just close the pouch along the bottom by simply pressing down the zip seal.

How do I warm up the food in the pouch?

Place the sealed pouch in a bowl or a cup of warm water, and allow it to sit for a few minutes. Make sure to always test the temperature of your baby’s food on your inner wrist to make sure it is suitable before serving.

Can I place my pouch in the microwave?
