Shipping info

Domestic orders within US are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.  We ship via USPS. Shipping will arrive in 2-3 days. Please allow 1-2 days to process your order.

International orders are approximately arrive within two to three weeks from the order date. For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Heyma-ma.com is not responsible for payment of this duty.  You may choose either FedEx or USPS for international orders.

Exchange/Return Policy

We are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 5 days of receipt of your online order. All items that are returned for an exchange must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. All sale items are final sale. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Heyma-ma.com is not responsible for exchange shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. All sales are final after 5 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping by using one of the following third-party couriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL.

Track Order

Customers will be sent a tracking number via email. Please allow 1-2 days for processing your order after it has been placed. We will work fast to ship your order as soon as possible.
